Changes have been made to the聽聽in response to an increase in community transmission and COVID-19 cases, and to support the WorkSafeBC requirement for COVID-19 Safety Plans to ensure consistent mask wearing in indoor common areas.
Effective immediately, masks are mandatory at all times within all class spaces in post-secondary institutions. Masks may no longer be removed when seated at a physically distanced desk.
The order outlines exceptions for very specific circumstances only.
